The ground rules.

SocialEve helps you plan gatherings: invites, RSVPs, potlucks, date polls, photos, and saved places. Private gatherings are free.

Accounts are for people 18 and older. Keep your sign-in to yourself — you're responsible for what happens under your account. Guests replying through an invite link don't need an account and agree only to use the link as intended.

Your photos, events, and words stay yours. You give us just the permission we need to store them and show them to the people you choose — nothing wider, nothing perpetual. Delete your content and that permission ends with it.

Only upload what you have the right to share, including photos of other people.

An invite link belongs to that gathering. Don't republish someone's private invite or collect other guests' information from it.

No illegal content, harassment, or impersonation. Don't scrape the service, probe its security, or use it to spam people. We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Saved places and event details can link to sites we don't run. They have their own rules and policies.

You can delete your account any time (see Privacy). We can suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

SocialEve is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. We work hard on reliability, but we can't promise the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you've paid us for the service — which, today, is nothing.

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and say what changed. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
